They have customer invoices that need to be issued and require an accounts receivable update on a monthly basis. They are happy having their creditor invoices entered electronically on a monthly basis and to receive an Accounts Payable report on a monthly basis ready for EOM payments to be made. They require up to two bank accounts reconciled to lodge their BAS and Superannuation Quarterly. They require limited contact with their bookkeeper by phone or email. Quarterly financial reports provided and financial year-end work papers delivered to their tax agent.

This package is for the medium-large sized businesses that have up to 8 employees. Customer need to have invoices issued regularly and an accounts receivable update is required on a monthly basis. They require full banking assistance by their bookkeeper. They are happy having their creditor invoices entered electronically on a weekly basis and receive an Accounts Payable report on a bi-monthly basis ready for EOM and mid-month payments to be made. They have multiple bank/loan accounts and subsidiary accounts that require reconciliation. BAS and Superannuation are to be lodged on a Quarterly Basis as well as monthly IAS Statements. They require unlimited contact with your bookkeeper by phone and email. They like to know where their business is heading and wish to receive financial reports on a Quarterly basis and their financial year-end work papers delivered to their tax agent.

This package is for any sized business that manages their own bookkeeping and would like a BAS Agent to review and lodge their BAS obligations on a Quarterly Basis. Includes a full review and itemised notes for corrections made. This service extends to the review of your business's STP obligations and assistance with the lodgement of your Employee's EOFY Finalisations.
